Expected more for the money paid

Lifes good is a joke 10/2/2023

Bought this unit a little over 3 years ago. The touch control has been finicky for a while thought possible due to cold hands/fingers but it will not turn on at all now. Have reset the breaker multiple times as advised but it only makes all the lights on the panel flash. Calls to customer service accomplishing nothing but providing the problem multiple times to agents that asked the same questions over and over. End result was a text that was received giving phone numbers for 2 local service entities. Lifes good...not quite.

Ive had the stovetop for over 4 yrs and we had experienced that the burners cooked differently at the same setting. The chrome piece at the front scratches very easily. Really need to watch touching the panel while cooking because they could turn on.
