I bought this washer because it was the only machine that would fit through my basement door. It looks beautiful but does not do a great job in washing. I found that clothes come out somewhat wet after the spin. It also tangles the sheets and goes off balance The last minute of the spin cycle goes on forever.

We try resetting as customer service suggested the machine each time its used but it is still touch and go. The timer increases instead of reducing during some wash cycles.

bad high pitched sound even worse customer service

This is the worst washer I have owned. It makes a high frequency sound through any time the agitator is on. I have owned this washer for a week to which I called LG for a repair/service check. Everyone can conveniently hear the high pitched sound besides the LG repair man. I was told its the sound of the washer motor and to get over it. I wouldnt buy LG just for the sheer service you receive much less the crummy product itself.

I bought this two weeks ago and have had nothing but trouble with customer service. I paid for delivery and setup yet they wanted me to troubleshoot problem over the phone. Not sure why they expect the customer to waste their time doing that if someone else was paid to set it up. When tech did show up he said there was nothing wrong. Bought the matching dryer as well and it does a poor job of drying. I bought extended warranty on both so I guess I get to spend the next five years fighting with customer service. I purchased LG washer/dryer for other home a couple years ago and have had issues with that dryer as well. I own several rentals and I will never purchase anything LG again.

Not approve it. When it works it is an average washer at best. Its over priced for what it is and the reliability and noise are unacceptable. You really need to do better LG

I Dont Like This Machine

I keep getting an E6 error code. If the machine sits overnight it may start up again. I cant reach the bottom of the tub Im 52 I have to have a grab bar to get my cloths out of this machine. The warranty people just ignor me but they have the wrong purchase date and they think Im out of warranty. I have owned this machine less then a year. Warranty keeps telling me someone will call but no has called me yet. This machine has a lot of buttons completely unnecessary. The machine doesnt like to wash tennis shoes or your bath mat a shower curtin OH My. Dont use bleach on your white cloths youll trash the machine it will rust. Lousy paint.

It was exceptionally well made everything was tight and it was a quiet operation with excellent engineering. Takes up less space while providing a larger load capability. The control features are excellent especially the ability for the machine to measure water and detergent needs automatically. I selected this variety because of the color primarily but it included more features than I thought I would use. Now I am very glad I have those features and use them routinely. I feel it is a good value and would make the same purchase again.

So far so good Bought this machine about a month ago and so far we love it Looks great and plenty of features to customize the cycle you want. Time will tell as far as reliability but from the research I did before purchasing LG I shouldnt have anything to worry about

New Washing Machine

After my old washing machine finally gave up I immediately looked to LG. Having no agitator gets my clothes cleaner with less wear and tear. The larger capacity means I can get more done faster and can go on with my daily life It was definitely the right choice. LG is extremely dependable and I am switching all of my appliances in my new house

Really love it

Ive had mine for over 6 months and I absolutely love it. It lets me know when my wash is done fills the right amount of water for each load has never gone off balanced reminds me when to do a tub clean. Where has it been all my life?
