I spent a lot of money on all Bosch appliances because I was told they are the most reliable name. My oven and microwave drawer has not work from day one. The oven has an error code that goes not let you go pass and the microwave drawer does not close or open. I'm not waiting for a tech to come and look at the two items. I'm the interim I have no oven or microwave! Very frustrating!

Very pleased, but vents hot air during use.

We bought this after our GE Monogram conked out and no replacement parts were available. This oven matches our Bosch built in Microwave. It has more features that we'll probably ever use, much less need. The only negative is that the oven vents quite a bit of heat into the kitchen when in use. My wife even thought that that the oven might be defective, but I checked the instructions, which confirmed that the oven vents "warm" air when in use. I would characterize the temperature as being closer to "hot". I question the energy efficiency, especially considering that, living in Florida, all this hot air needs to be airconditioned. (We use our oven infrequntly, so this one drawback is not particularly important to us.)

Overpriced and poor performance

The quality cooking performance you would expect at this price is not there. It cooks just like much cheaper ovens. It takes a very long time to preheat. The controls are cumbersome and unintuitive. The "Smart" features are a joke. They are almost impossible to use. The app is just as terrible. I was able to connect it to Alexa, however the oven was unable to perform even simple verbal instructions through Alexa like "preheat oven to 400 degrees". The only thing positive I can say is the clean, classic design looks good.
