Electrical Panel Problems/No Customer Service/Repair Support

On December 11, 2022, we purchased a Frigidaire gas stove/oven from Home Depot ™ a Gallery 30-in Burners 5-cu ft self-cleaning air fry convection oven/freestanding gas range. In October 2023, we started having trouble with the electronic display. Instead of the oven temp, sometimes it blinks and shows 666. Sometimes the buttons for the oven do not work at all. Sometimes the control panel flashes and cuts the oven off. We have called the customer service nearly a dozen times beginning in October 2023. Each time we are told that someone would get back with us in 3 days or 72 hours. No one ever gets back to us. The ticket has even been ™escalated™ a couple of times and still there is no response.

Never had a gas stove before; however, was excited to finally have a gas stove! Because I consider myself a ™foodie™, having a gas stove is necessary to be able to sear steaks, stir-frying, and high heat sautÃing. Baking with a gas stove is also fantastic as cakes are baked very evenly. Overall, I™™m very impressed by Frigidaire appliances and their quality!

Good For Now?

I purchased this range about two weeks ago. I researched the different brands before deciding on this one. There were bad reviews with all the models. I went with this Frigidaire because of the self clean and air fry (Basket not included) features. I am also hoping it will last at least half as long as my previous stove. I had a Frigadaire with a faulty control board and the part was no longer available.I would have kept it if I could have had it fixed.This was the second time anything went wrong with it in 25 years. I had the igniter replaced ($125). This new stove has only been used a few times and it works fine. My concern is after using the oven the fan keeps going until it cools down. Thought it was odd to hear but I just assumed thats just how it works. I am pleased with the look of the stove, but I think it's not made as well as my previous one. There is a little scratch from placing the grate down after cleaning it. There is a paint chip on the small burner. These things are not major, but not a good start after having it for a short time. It makes me wonder how its going to look in a few years.

Just purchased this stove/oven/air fryer not that long ago. The oven stopped heating after only using it a handful of times. It™™s still under warranty so we had the repair service tech come out & surprise surprise, they had to order the part from Frigidaire. Well, that was 9/13/2023 & we were told it would take 3-5 days™¦ & here we are, 2 weeks later, & the part still hasn™™t come in. Very inconvenient to not have a working oven after paying for it.

we needed to replace our range and selected this one because of its ability to air fry and the overall look. We also purchased a refrigerator however, the side of the refrigerator and the side of the range are different colors. The refrigerator is a tan gray and the range is black, I do wish they matched. I will need to get used to removing an entire section of the grill to clean, which was different than our previous range or are you just needed to remove the grill of the burner that you were using?
